Do you ship international? Yes – anywhere in the world.
Are you in the USA? We have offices in both Dublin and New York City.
How much of the ash do I need to send? Less than a small teaspoon.
Where are you based? Dublin, Ireland but we don’t take ‘house calls’ unfortunately as it has proven too painful for us to see our customers grieving in the past so we chose to only do business online. We hope you understand.
Can hair be used instead of ashes? Yes – but only in the Encased range.
Can I use other colors than those listed? Yes – you can decide what color you would like – just detail it in the notes section and we will do whatever we can to assist you.
Does the pendant piece come with a chain included? Yes – you can decide what length chain you would like.
Does the charm piece come with a bracelet included? No – only a link to add it to a charm bracelet.
Are the Pendants made with real Silver? All Sterling Silver pendants are .925 Sterling Silver. All of the Sterling Silver is 100% Guaranteed. As a side note Sterling Silver can tarnish with perfumes and deodorants or other substances so if this happens you can clean your piece with some polishing cloth.
Are the Pendents made with real Gold? All Gold pendants are 9ct Gold. Again if it tarnishes in any way with perfumes or deodorants you can clean it with a polishing cloth.
Are the Pendants strong enough for everyday wear? The Glass Pendants are made of borosilicate glass that won’t shatter. We use a Super Strength Super Glue where needed. Each piece has been made and tried and tested for wear every day. BUT please keep in mind that these are delicate pieces of jewellery and should not be subjected to mishandling or heavy lifting or misuse of any kind.
